A. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of us or one of our warehouses. There is no restock fee for exchanges. Items returned MUST be in NEW, UNUSED condition and in the original box it was received in (no crease marks on straps, at the ankles, scuffs on the soles, etc.). Please do not mark or tape the original box in any way, including placing the shipping label directly on the shoe box. We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. You must notify our RMA Department within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return. Failure to notify us within a 7 day period will result in refusal of your return. We will not refund the cost of shipping or handling, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of us or one of our suppliers. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you. If you have paid via PayPal, you will need to submit this payment. If in doubt, please consider if you would buy this merchandise as new with no complaints. Please do not contact us asking us to reconsider accepting merchandise which has been returned back as unacceptable.
Once you have received authorization to return merchandise, this authorization is only good for 15 days from that date. If the merchandise is not received within this time, the RMA is no longer valid and the merchandise shall be discarded if it arrives after this time.
Absolutely no exceptions will be made from the above policy.
